Biography
Aysa is a second-year O'Neill graduate candidate for Master of Public Affairs and Master of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in conservation and ecology as well as the Underwater Resource Management Certificate. She graduated from Indiana University with an undergraduate degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish language in July 2024. Aysa is passionate about underwater conservation and attended the 2024 field research project to the National Marine Sanctuary in Key Largo, Florida. Her current research focus is policy and ecology analysis of archeological sites, aiming to acquire protection rights for the San Felipe shipwreck in Key Largo, Florida.
