Diver Information
Site Description: This a 40m/143ft auxiliary fleet tugboat that was sunk to create an artificial reef in 2006. The top of the wreck is about 10m/33ft below the surface and the bottom of the wreck is about 18m/60ft down, depending on the tide. This wreck has multiple opportunities for penetration. Coral has grown on the wreck over the years and attracted many types of fish and sea life.
Location: Nestled between the waters in front of Club Med and the Westin resort.
Depth: 30 - 60 ft.
Visibility: 30 – 80 ft.
Marine Life: Common marine life includes schools of Atlantic horse mackerel, sea breams, yellowtail snappers, and various species of turtles.
Diver Level: Advanced.
Access: Boat access required.
Comments: Only experienced divers can undertake this dive due to the area’s strong currents.
