Biography

Carley Divish is currently pursuing degrees in Anthropology, Underwater Archaeology, and Classical Studies as an undergraduate at Indiana University Bloomington. This is Carley’s fourth year as a research assistant and she has done work for projects in the Dominican Republic, written a research paper on the history of the JD Marshall and done work on the conservation of the JD Marshall's bell as well as aided in the conservation report on this project. She is interested in prehistoric archaeology, the ways that environmentally friendly techniques can be implemented in archaeology, and the decolonization of viewpoints into the past.
