Biography

Liam is a research assistant with both the Center for Underwater Science and the Anthropology department. He has particular interest in coral reef ecosystems and has been lucky enough to participate in the monitoring of several species of threatened and endangered corals in the Dominican Republic. He is well acquainted with the research process and plans to become a fulltime researcher for an academic institution in the future. Liam has four years of diving experience and is now working to complete his Divemaster Candidacy.

PADI Certifications: Scuba, Open water, Adventure, Nitrox, Advanced Open Water, Rescue, Equipment Specialist, Underwater Photography I, and Drysuit.
