Biography
Jesse is finishing his undergraduate degree in International Studies. He holds certifications/licenses in Paramedic Science, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, Nitrox, Drysuit, and Underwater Photographer I. He is currently pursuing further training in PADI Divemaster and Dive Medic Technician. His interests include combining maritime culture and heritage preservation with international diplomacy and underwater medicine.
