Indiana University Center for Underwater Science conducted underwater archaeological investigations of the historic shipwreck City of Washington in order to produce an accurate 3D model, which will aid researchers and site managers in tracking the state of biological and cultural resources on the site. The results of these investigations can be used for baseline monitoring and management, as well as for increased interpretation for public outreach and education.
